During your stay

Mr & Mrs Wong have been our resident cook and housekeeper since 1980. They receive all our guests.

Upon confirmation, our guests are encouraged to contact them to discuss their food and beverage preferences and requirements prior to their stay. Payments for all meals etc are to be made directly to them.


House Rules

– Check-in: 2.00 pm – 4.00 pm
– Checkout: 12.00 pm
– Self check-in with our caretaker
– No smoking
– No pets
– Remove shoes before entering the bungalow. A shoe cupboard is available inside the main entrance.

Important! Guests are required to pre-order & partake of the first meal on Arrival & the last meal before Departure.

Additional Rules

A) A deposit of RM 200 will be collected upon check-in and shall be refunded upon check out if everything is in order.
Compensation for rectification of damages will be at the sole discretion of the Management. If the cost to repair, replace or install items that may be damaged or destroyed or rendered unserviceable with similar articles of at least the same quality and value, shall exceed the initial payment and/or deposit, you shall be liable for the shortfall including labour or workmanship cost incurred.

B) Guests have to state exactly how many adults and children will be coming to stay before Booking. We can comfortably accommodate 10 persons. However, in certain circumstances, we will accept an extra 3 persons maximum ( adult or child ) if they share beds and agree to pay directly to the Housekeeper, an additional RM 150/- per adult and RM 100/- per child/infant per night. No extra mattresses are allowed onto the premises.

C) The Kitchen is strictly prohibited to all Guests. Our Housekeeper and Cook will be happy to cater to your food and beverage requirements. There is a Menu.
Upon confirmation, Guests will given the Housekeeper’s phone no. so that they may pre-discuss their food and beverage requirements and preferences and pre-order their meals should they want to.

No food bought outside the premises is allowed anywhere on the premises unless all details have been brought to the attention of and acknowledged / accepted by the Housekeeper prior to the Guest’s stay. There will be a service charge for any such arrangements.
No barbeques are allowed.

D) Parents are requested to ensure that children do not jump on beds / sofas or throw pillows / cushions etc around or litter the premises.
The remote control for the audio-visual equipment should be kept out of children’s reach.

E) Any plans for events to be discussed with the Host prior to confirmation of stay.

F) Please do not pluck the flowers in the garden.

G) Switch off lights and heater when not in use to conserve energy and prevent overheating.

H) Immoral, illegal or offensive activities and which may be a nuisance to the neighbours are prohibited.

I) All Guests are required to strictly comply with the house rules and regulations.
